Before you start
These are only decorative 'candles': never light them. Vegan white chocolate melts at a lower temperature, so warm it gently.
Our own version inspired by a reel we shared: we could not identify the creator, so these amounts are ours.
Coconut Chocolate Candles
10–12 candles · chill 1 hour
Ingredients
Step by step
- Mix coconut, coconut cream, syrup, vanilla and salt into a firm, sticky dough. Shape into 10–12 cylinders of different heights and freeze 20 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate gently. Spoon it over the top of each candle so it runs down like wax drips; let set.
- Melt the dark chocolate and pipe a small wick on top of each candle.
- Chill 1 hour and keep in the fridge.
