Before you start

The original reel uses Greek yogurt; here it is a thick unsweetened plant-based Greek-style yogurt (soy or coconut). The thicker the yogurt, the better the clusters hold. Keep them in the freezer and let them sit 5 minutes before eating.

Our own version inspired by the reel of @craveitmakeiteatit: the creator's exact quantities are not published on the web, so these amounts are ours.

Berry Yogurt Clusters with Matcha Chocolate

8 clusters · freeze 2 hours

Ingredients

Step by step

  1. Stir the yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla, then fold in the berries.
  2. Spoon 8 mounds onto a parchment-lined tray and freeze at least 1½ hours, until solid.
  3. Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil and whisk in the matcha. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil separately.
  4. Dip half the clusters in matcha chocolate and half in dark chocolate, top with strawberries or flaky salt and freeze 15 more minutes to set.
